I’ve spent about a decade working in the fitness industry, often alongside huge supplement brands. One thing I noticed in my time with other brands, was that companies segmented their marketing and products into two audiences: 

       Men’s performance
       Women’s aesthetics – weight loss, fat loss, growing a centaur butt 🍑

If you’re in the gym, training hard, following a program, and doing all of that because you want to get stronger and build muscle – you should aim for 1g of protein per lb of body weight. You read that right. If it seems impossible, you can try 1g/lb of lean body mass with an estimate, but basically – you probably need to get more protein. Start by increasing what you’re already getting, then go from there. No tears now. You’re not alone, most people need more protein.
