I’ve spent about a decade working in the fitness industry, often alongside huge supplement brands. One thing I noticed in my time with other brands, was that companies segmented their marketing and products into two audiences:
Men’s performance
Women’s aesthetics – weight loss, fat loss, growing a centaur butt 🍑
If you know me, then you know that those things don’t really speak to me or my community. So many of my clients were either grabbing the wrong products, getting an unnecessary markup, or worse – missing out on the few things that actually make reaching your goals easier.
